Crown Sydney's restaurant collection is the strongest single-campus dining line-up in the country, and it is also the most contested: the wood-fire grill runs a 40-day waiting list, the tasting-menu room has eight counter seats, and the harbour-view dining room books out every Friday within hours of release. How the impossible tables get booked
