What the Norvelles review says
The spa at Crown Towers is a 6,500-square-metre wellness floor: 18 treatment rooms, a thermal circuit of saunas and vitality pools, and therapists booked out weeks ahead on weekends. Norvelles holds a standing allocation of prime hours — sunset slots, couples rooms, back-to-back rituals — which we release to our guests first.
We do not sell treatments; we design sequences. A jetlag recovery ritual on arrival day, a deep-tissue block after the golf morning, a couples afternoon that ends at the vitality pool at dusk. Over nine years our wellness desk has scheduled 5,700+ treatments and learned the therapists' specialities by name.
Tell us how your body feels and how long you have; we return a schedule that fits between your dinners and gaming evenings, with recovery time built in. Rituals can be rebooked or moved up to 4 hours before the appointment — the only inflexible thing in Sydney should be the harbour.
