Norvelles arranges hospitality experiences — concierge itineraries, casino gaming packages for guests aged 18+, private events, spa rituals, dining reservations and suite bookings — at Crown Towers Sydney and partner venues. A booking is concluded when we confirm availability in writing and receive the applicable service fee.

Confirmations state exactly what is included: category, dates, times and inclusions. Anything not listed in the written confirmation is not part of the service.

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST. Service fees are payable at confirmation by bank transfer or card through our payment provider; venue costs (dining, treatments, tickets, room rates) are either prepaid or settled at the venue, as stated in your confirmation.

We do not add hidden markups: venue prices are passed through at published rates. Event weekends and peak dates may carry minimum stays set by the house.

Plans change — our refund and cancellation policy sets out the windows and fees in detail. In short: service fees are refundable per the published schedule, venue-imposed penalties are passed on at cost, and we always attempt a free rebooking before any fee applies.

If Norvelles cannot deliver a confirmed element, our guarantee applies: the affected fee is refunded or an equivalent alternative is arranged with your approval.
