Who we are and what data we collect
Norvelles Online Pty Ltd (ACN 671 234 890), trading as Norvelles, operates norvelles.online from 50 Smith St, Wentworthville NSW 2145. When you submit an enquiry, book a service or write to norvelles@gmail.com, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, travel dates and any preferences you choose to share.
We also collect standard technical data — browser type, pages visited and approximate region — through privacy-respecting analytics. We do not buy data from third parties and we do not profile children.
How we use your data
Your data is used for one purpose: delivering the services you asked for. Concretely, we use it to:
- prepare itineraries, reservations and confirmations with Crown Sydney and our partners;
- contact you about your booking by email or phone;
- process payments and refunds through our payment providers;
- improve the website and our service quality on an aggregated basis.
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with the venue and suppliers required to fulfil your booking, and with payment processors bound by their own confidentiality duties.
Storage, retention and security
Booking records are kept for seven years to meet Australian tax and consumer-law obligations; marketing consents are kept until you withdraw them. Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure with access limited to the Norvelles desk team under confidentiality agreements.
While no system is perfectly secure, we review our access controls quarterly and delete data that no longer has a lawful purpose.
Your rights and how to use them
Where EU or UK law applies, you have the rights described in our legal information page under the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Whatever your jurisdiction, you may ask us at any time to show, correct or delete your data.
